I completed my first official 5k this past weekend at the Lebanon Community Festival in Lebanon, Maine. The race was a benefit for a local family fighting cancer and was well attended. My guess is there some 30-40 people (more…)

I was offered an option of last minute ticket to a Wilco show at the Capitol Theater in Concord NH last night. I had heard some of Wilco’s songs and read rave things about the bands live shows, even seeing them referred to as “Americas Best Live Rock & Roll Act”. So I accepted the offer to hang with some great friends, make some memories and see what this Wilco hoopla was all about. (more…)

This past Saturday my parents completed their journey of being together forever. I took advantage of the great weather afforded and marched up the summit of Mt Washington with my snowshoes, setting them free together at the upper end of Jacobs Ladder on the Cog Railway.
